A: Each project is assigned a dedicated sales engineer with a strong technical background, typically in electronics engineering. They are fluent in English and experienced in managing international projects. For seamless communication, they are supported by team members who can facilitate discussions in Spanish and Portuguese when needed.
Q2. What after-sales support and warranty do you provide for hardware defects discovered by end-users?
A: We stand behind our quality with a standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering hardware defects. Our after-sales process is straightforward: we work with you to establish a clear procedure for verifying and handling returns or replacements, ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently to protect your brand’s reputation.
Q3. Can you provide a detailed, non-confidential case study of a brand you helped launch in Colombia, Argentina, or Brazil?
A: Yes, as detailed in this guide, our case studies with a Colombian outdoor brand and a Brazilian fashion brand are prime examples. They showcase our full capabilities, from deep GPS customization to navigating complex tax and certification environments, resulting in significant market share gains for our partners.
Q4. Walk me through the full ANATEL certification process for your last project in Brazil. What was the exact timeline?
A: Certainly. For our last Brazilian project, the process took approximately two months, which is standard. We streamlined this by preparing all required technical documentation and specifications proactively before the samples were even sent. Our team managed the communication with the local testing lab, turning what is often a bottleneck into a predictable and managed step for our client.
Q5. How do you factor the full "Brazil Cost" (IPI, ICMS, etc.) into your project cost estimations for clients?
A: We are transparent about the “Brazil Cost” from day one. Our cost estimations are not just factory prices; they are strategic analyses. We provide a detailed breakdown that accounts for the full tax burden—IPI, ICMS, PIS/COFINS—to give our clients a realistic understanding of the final landed cost, which, as a rule of thumb, can be nearly double the initial product cost.
Q6.What is the process if we want to make a change or add a feature after the project has started?
A: We use a formal Engineering Change Request (ECR) process. 1) You submit a request detailing the desired change. 2) Our project manager and engineers will evaluate the impact on the timeline, cost, and existing work. 3) We will provide you with a detailed proposal for the change. 4) Upon your approval and any necessary adjustments to the contract, we will implement the change.
Q7.Can we visit your factory in China?
A: Absolutely. We warmly welcome our partners and potential partners to visit our factory in Shenzhen. A factory tour is the best way to see our production lines, meet our team, and understand our quality control processes firsthand. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit.
