Our primary 6,000m² facility is purposefully engineered for high-precision wearables, serving as the birthplace for our advanced GPS and rugged outdoor smartwatch series. To ensure the highest level of dust-free manufacturing, our facilities implement a strict color-coded anti-static protocol across different assembly zones. You will see our precision technicians in Blue or White sterile suits operating on specific smartwatch components, while our strict Quality Control (QC) engineers operate in Yellow.

Our Core Processes & Standards
1. AUTOMATED & PRECISION ASSEMBLY
The heart of the watch comes to life on our production lines. In this crucial stage, the circuit board (PCBA), integrated with advanced components like pedometers, heart rate sensors, and blood oxygen sensors, is meticulously embedded into the housing of the watch by our skilled technicians.
2. QUALITY CHECK: WATER RESISTANCE
We verify the water resistance reliability of every single unit. The air leak machine is used to test each product by placing it in a vacuum environment. This rigorous process scientifically confirms that the watch meets its specified waterproof level, guaranteeing its durability.
3. QUALITY CHECK: BATTERY AGING & CHARGING
In this critical step, our QC team subjects each smartwatch to a comprehensive aging test to confirm that all batteries can work properly. We use high-quality lithium batteries rated to last for up to 1000 charge and discharge cycles, supporting a lifespan of more than 3 years.
4. QUALITY CHECK: DISPLAY TEST
The display is one of the most important components. We pursue the highest standard of quality control, using both machine and manual testing to ensure that each product’s display is stable, colorful, and completely free of any defects or bad pixels.
5. FUNCTION TEST: HRV ACCURACY
We use professional ECG simulators to precisely test the HRV (Heart Rate Variability) function of every watch. The device outputs a direct TEST OK/NG result, rigorously verifying the accuracy of health metrics such as stress and fatigue derived from heart rate.
6. PACKAGE: AUTOMATED PACKING
We use a fully automatic packaging system that ensures close to 100% packaging accuracy. This system also adds a protective blister film to the boxes to prevent any damage due to moisture during the storage and transportation of the product.
