Our founder, Jennifer, is a veteran of the smartwatch industry with over 10 years of experience in global sales and export. Throughout her career, she witnessed a recurring struggle: international brands found it difficult to find suppliers who offered a perfect balance of outstanding quality, fair pricing, and smooth communication. The industry's standard high MOQ of 3,000-5,000 units was a major barrier for brands looking to test new markets with agility. Through personal visits to key global markets, Jennifer identified a massive opportunity. She saw that high-potential regions like South America was flooded with low-end, imitation products, leaving a significant gap for high-quality, mid-to-high-end branded smartwatches. iStarfit was born to fill this gap.
